...its been like this for decades..the strange,unpleasant odor that is emitted from the ground near the 91/605 freeway interchange ..somebody once said it was a "gas leak" of some sort..why can't it be fixed ? it's not only unpleasant for locals, but visitors get turned off by it as well ..my parents have lived near here for years..7 I remember having friends from michigan visit & leave w/ a bad impression ..bellflower is where my grandfather kok started as a pastor & founded the Valley Christian schools ..the kok family has heritage here...& we have visitors come to los angeles periodically expecting an ocean view or beverly hills luxury...well they don't get either in bellflower, but at least they should be able to breath odorless air, right ? can't promise clean air, but at least without a bad smell ..can somebody fix it ?
