On August 21, 2015 at 6am I was assaulted by a large white (anglo) 7-eleven employee. I wanted to purchase a one-dollar item with my debit card. I was told there was a $2 minimum purchase to use credit or debit card which contradicted the owner the previous day, as well as another employee. I asked why?

The employee became IRATE, told me to get out. As I attempted to reason with him he started verbally using me (ie intentional infliction of emotional distress) I backed out of the store while video-recording the entire interaction. I was already out the door when he kicked a cone at me and then smacked my hand trying to knock the phone/camera out of my hand. Another guy (apparently not an employee) was also involved, and also was verbally abusive, trying to cause me to fear him and experience emotional distress.

Now outside the store he grabbed my phone, and then started moving away from me. I moved toward him to get my phone back and the employee tried to block me. A few moments later the guy with my phone threw it down on the concrete as hard as he could, causing it to break, with the apparent intention of destroying the video. As I bent down to pick it up one or both may have hit or tried to hit or kick me. With the broken phone back in my hand I ran to the nearby payphone and called 911. Police came. A report was later made (back at the police station). The video was salvaged from the disc and shows the employee hitting my hand (and also kicking a cone at me), as well as the verbal abuse. NOTE:

NOTE: DUE to my YOUTUBE ACCOUNT BEING SABOTAGED, ALMOST ALL of the videos in this blog are "dysfunctional" (ie will not play because my youtube account was deactivated for BOGUS REASONS ie false flags etc back when youtube was just starting up and people could easily sabotage accounts, and youtube was NAIVE about it at the time.) Thus, I just want you to know I am leaving the news titles to these dysfunctional videos published for people to browse as a matter of record and history. According to my statistics, people are still interested in the posts even though the videos are not functional. I apologize for the inconvenience even though it is NOT my fault but the fault of evil, nefarious people who don't like me or my values.

Also, when this blog began I was using an alternate blog site, called "posterous", quite heavily, and was relying on it to be a perpetual link (as they falsely assured it would be at the time). However, posterous eventually sold out to twitter or google and then whoever bought it shut it down. I have way too many references to posterous to remove all of them, so I just want to warn you that all references to posterous are dysfunctional. Again I apologize for something out of my control.

God bless you who continue to visit this blog. I hope ALL is well for you , and encourage you to KEEP thee FAITH, and don't allow evil to discourage you. Just yesterday (8/22/15) I was verbally & physically assaulted and somebody smashed my phone due to their evil intentions. I was hurt (more emotionally than physically) , and did all the appropriate things after the fact (ie made a police report etc), and then I began to try to rehabilitate spiritually and emotionally, and not allow myself to enter into a spirit of revenge or perpetual anger. I was momentarily angry of course, that's not a sin. Jesus got angry about things as well, but wasn't controlled by anger. Instead, Jesus was controlled by love and hope (hope in the sense of absolute assurance). I too am rebounding to a Spirit of Hope & Assurance, praise be to God. This morning I picked myself up early and went out to a rally for the protection of pre-born life (ie unborn lives in the wombs of mothers around the world...the new term is "pre-born" I have been informed because it is more positive and hopeful). So I was encouraged by the turnout at this rally, which was happening outside abortion clinics around the USA today. This is an evil we must rally to end forever. It is a holocaust in our own "backyard." Please pray and rally in a loving, caring, but ALSO firm and courageous manner for our little babies in the wombs of mothers all around the world.

BY the way, if you see an advertisement for Obama on this or any of my other videos, it is NOT because I endorse Obama for re-election. I think Barack & Michelle Obama are both very nice people, but because of their position on abortion (they refuse to restrict abortion in any way, whereas I am pro-life & adamantly against all forms of abortion) & marriage (they refuse to restrict the definition of "marriage" to being the union of man & woman alone, whereas I believe marriage is a Biblical definition given by God to be used strictly for the union of man & woman) I am opposed to their re-election.
