...Everywhere u go...the people here think they are an island called pasadena with no need for the rest of the country, let alone the county ...its pasadena syndrome ..no need even for God ..they got that covered once a week on Sunday ..and there's more cops here than citizens ..they watch you breathe..watch u sneeze..watch u when ur sleeping..watch u go to your grave... if yur coming to pasadena for the rose tournament bring lots of money and make sure you get out quick as hell when its over..they don't want people hangin around..and they sure as hell don't want you to think about staying forever..unless, of course, u got some moneyy to burn ..even the annual bandfest which I covered on youtube last year is a drag to be around this year..they apparently saw how many views I got on you tube and decided to webcast it themselves...for free ? hell no ! r u crazy ? its $8.50 per webcast show, ha ha ..and no freeloaders hanging out on the parking structure this year ..they got cops covering that too..(I actually paid last year but went up to the parking structure to stay dry...now u can't even go up there and watch even if u paid for a ticket ...even if its raining....so let's say u buy a ticket for $15 but then it starts raining..& u don't have an umbrella..can u go to the parking structure which offers a clear view and covering..? hell no..a rule is a rule ..but as I was leaving a latino family in a pickup was parked on the 2nd floor watching from their car..in the exact place they had just told us to vacate an hour earlier..maybe the secret is being latino and having latino guards watching..(or not watching if ur latiino)..if ur a poor white guy..no excuses..ur just trash...if ur poor latino ..aawww give them a break ..
