11/14/11@ BANKRUPTCY CT, CATHOLICS UP BID TO $57 MILLION 4 CRYSTAL CATHEDRAL ...I've heard a lot of little details this morning inside the courtroom of Judge Kwan, ..didn't know Schuller had so many copyrights on his ministry, even his sermons have been copyrighted, ..they reviewed a lot of the data this morning, ..one of the reps said that the catholics offer is now up to $57 million, which is significantly higher than the chapman offer, , apparently greenlaw, who made the original offer, has a claim against cc for $500,000 (I didn't understand why) ...the attorney for rh schuller says there is a separate proceeding (feb 14?) re some sort of copyright issues & intellectual property matters as well as something about $5 million for the "contract" (apparently rhs was supposed to be guaranteed a certain amount until he dies...& has a claim on this..kind of like an "annuity" (retirement plan) but they called it a contract (kwan said it may be an"actuarial matter")..the issues re paul & jeannie dunn are "off calendar" (apparently resolved)...we'll see if a decision will be made today by Judge Kwan ..
