Arsenault says that compliance would be financially impossible & his lawyers say the law wasn't meant for his form of "donations." Meanwhile, he continues to do his thing, pending a court decision. Personally, on the one hand I think his "donations" seem charitable, but on the other hand I couldn't do it because I now believe that masturbation is immoral.
