brad deikus & frank pastore talking abt the overturning of prop 8 (calif voted to restrict marriage to man & woman years ago, but the appealcourt overturned it today..meaning it will goto supreme court)..juges aren't supposed to make the law or constitution fit their own personal beliefs ,prejudices, desires, etc, but that seems to be the case here..a gay judge led the way in overturningwhat the people voted on.., california people spoke loud & clear, but onne gay judge said "no" ..& the appeals court concurred..tlits sick folks..were losing what was the original basis of a great country..allowing "the people" to speak * shape the laws according to their (our) consciences...instead, we have jusges worming their way up thru the courts & creating their own world acc to their biases, prejudice,desires..not the true orig intent of the founders of our country
