...fast forward to final 30 secs of 1st half..patriots down by goal line..3rd & 3, , 4yd td pass..pat good..96 yard drive ! Pats take lead 10-9 ..Now pats seem to be playing their game...

...halftime..they're talking to Joe Montana..another announcer says Brady's childhood hero was Montana..Montana refuses to say much to the question about whether brady is the next best qb ever after joe montana...q re peyton manning......(also coming up phil simms, superbowl 21 mvp) ...here comes madonna...crowd was given flashlights..she's being carried like a queen....she starts w/ "vogue"..talking to phil simms....madonna "like a prayer.."lights off..flashlights in fans hands...

2nd HALF: BRADY Completes 13 , then 14, consec passes, tying joe montana's record for consec superbwl completions , then breaking it.., 8 plays 79 yards, ..TD pass brady to hernandez,  pat good, 17-9, kickoff ..giants..., 3rd & 4 ., 9yd gain, .1st down..& another 1st, to the 36yd line..field goal ..giants now trailing 17-12 ..

..I stepped away from the game for a few moments..went to 530pm mass ..back to the game..jake ballard injured..this is artificial turf? Thought most places stopped using artificial, but if its completely enclosed, must be fake.  Giants have lost 2 tight ends to injuries, score 15-17, , ..2 fieldgoals by giants have made this a close game....patriots just got a 1st down at 5:05, pats 43yd line , next play loss of 1,..
Big pass to 20yd ..caught but dropped..now 3rd & 11, ..incomp to deion branch....pats must punt..33 yd punt, giants ball w 3:46 remaining (631pm, pst)..giants only need a FG ..LONG PASS ! ...64 seconds...handoff..bradshaw..TD ! 21-17 ...57 secs ...giants going for 2 pt extra ..they were right,,.pats let giants score..bradshaw thought about kneeling down before the goal line to eat the clock..but they say he stumbled in.. (interview after the game confirmed he tried to stop short, but his momentum took him over..)

Pats 4th & 16 get the 1st w a 19 yd pass to deion..another 1st.., brady spikes ball 17 secs..2nd & 10 their own 44yd line ..incompl., but 12 men on field..defense, now 9 secs..got to go for hail mary ?! Incompl, now 5 secs, ..last play! Gronkowski almost caught it ! But NO ! GIANTS WIN SUPER BOWL !  Eli Manning is the MVP for the 2nd time. He wins a new corvette. & That's it, folks, !
