(st peter & paul, san fran) 2/16/12 BUT WHO DO U SAY THAT I AM? st p & p sf, 9a "james reminds us were all equal before the lord, even tho we r not infinite we r to love e/o as Jesus loves us,...st mark ..as w matt "who do u say I am" ..same response but then who do U say I am, peter says u r christ, messiah, son nof god, ..why does Jesus say don't tell..because he came for eternity,..but when he tells of the suffering & rejection he will exp, peter says no, ..but Jesus says "get behind me satan..." this one upon whom Jesus is going to build a community of disciples..what a horrible rebuke, yet, calls peter, jolting him, ..how many of us deserve the same rebuke?..."
