...reflecting back on a trial in pasadena v pasadena police ..I was suing them for excessive force (officers mosman, brown, et al) ..halford was their attorney..I said iwanted to bring in some character witnesses but halford objected saying they weren't questioning my character, & judgebyrne agreed..what a LIE...if they weren't questioning my integrity & character I wouldn't be there..I was suingthem for excessive force because they claimed force was necessary to prevent me from "fleing" a near-accident in an intersection in which the other driver ran a red light....it was a disgusting lie ! I was in seminary at the time & a substitute teacher...I had NO REASON to flee a scene of an accident where the other driver ran a red light and almost hit me (our bumbpers actually touched but did not cause any damage). I ended up fce down on the ground..they also LIED in saying I "took a swing" at officer brown..that's NOT an attackon my character? to say I took a swing at an officer & then tried to flee the scene ? if that's not an attack on my character & integrity, I don't know what is ..Ihad people in prominent positions ready to appear onmy behalf & they were SCARED STIFF ..JUDGE byrne knew it, & that's the point he lost his integrity ...as for halford, he didnt have any integrity to begin with
