CRYSTAL CATHEDRALJUDGE KWAN, GOOD JOB, EXCEPT YELLING @ WINTHROP TO "SIT DOWN"

CRYSTAL CATHEDRALJUDGE KWAN, GOOD JOB, EXCEPT YELLING @ WINTHROP TO "SIT DOWN" ...I followed the final 2 bankruptcy hearings re the crystal cathedral (dec 14 & 17) and thought judge kwan did a decent job, remaining fairly judicious most of time, but at onr point on dec 17 after a lot of back-&-forth banter between kwan & winthrop...winthrop had sat down & then stood up to make another point or clarify something or ask a question & suddenly Judge Kwan bellowed at Winthrop to "SIT DOWN !" ...and then added, as anafterthought, "please." I thought this was going overboard. I didn't think Winthrop deserved to be belittled as such. He had been doing a good job the entire time as far as I could tell. he was NOT overstepping any boundaries. he had been respectful, courteous, &polite the entire time. the judge seemed to be making a "power play" at that point. Later, Judge Kwan said to Winthrop, "Why don't u just go with the flow?" This was before it was perfectly clear that the Catholic Diocese was going to win the bid for the cathedral. Winthrop represented the cathedral & the cathedral had chosen the catholic diocese at thel ast moment as the preferred buyer. Judge Kwan wanted Winthrop to "prove up" the decision, meaning that it was a "sound business decision"... I don't think Winthrop was anticipating Judge Kwan would ask for a "prove up." It all worked out in the end but I thought Kwan was a little hard on Winthrop & wrongly berated & belittled him.
