12/25/11 FLOYD MAYWEATHER MAY DO <90 DAYS IN JAIL, & IS MANNY PACQUIAO STILL POSSIBLE? "Philippines - Be good and get out of jail fast. Floyd Mayweather Jr. need not be behind bars for 90 days as the Las Vegas court had ordered after he pleaded guilty to charges of domestic violence in 2010 Boxingscene.com has quoted detention officer Bill Cassell as saying, "Good behavior and work time could knock up to 30 days off Mayweather’s sentence." Mayweather, the court said, will serve his first day in jail on Jan. 6, and should be out by Apri 2. But Cassell is now saying he could be out by March." Still, it doesn’t mean that Mayweather can go on and fight on May 5 as he had previously announced, even if he gets out of jail two months before the date.
