winthrop, lawyer for the "debtor" (crystal cat) just told the judge that the cc board has chosen the catholic diocese of orange county as the buyer...now they are going to take further "testimony" which is probably meaningles..the judge said both buyers are feasible and the church can make the decision..so it is essentially official, albeit the judge hasn't "pounded the gavel "it yet..
