this is the first time I've seen frank mccourt doing any kind of community "outreach"...ironically it comes AFTER he's just about finished with the dodgers...too little too late, albeit I notice its with mostly latinos..now that's not suprising..because the latinos essentially were/are the tail wagging the dog at dodger stadium..either frank couldn't control them or he has a love affair with latinos..whatever the case may be there was NO CONTROL at dodger stadium..I hope the next owner can control the latinos
