this is a blip from the discussion of cops putting gps tracking devices on cars without a warrant..sure they may help fight crime, but bad cops can also put them on cars of people they don't like or are curious about for any reason or no reason..requiring a warrant means a judge will determine if there's probable cause to follow them...
