I hear some people want the cathedral to go to chapman university solely to ensure that the cemetery will remain protestant...do they really think it makes any difference whether a body lies in a protestant or catholic cemetery, or no cemetery at all ? I can assure you, God probably doesn't even know the difference between protestant & catholic..HE only knows the heart..when u get to the pearly gates & say "Let me in, I'm protestant" or "I'm catholic", God will say, "You're what? What's that?" and more likely will do an autopsy of your heart..where does your heart lie? and what were the fruits?
