the officers involved in the shoooting of a man holding a nose nozzle have been cleared by the D.A. ...they shot him 20 times...without asking him to put down what happened to be a hose nozzle that looks sort of like a handgun ..he was not threatening anybody..was alone ..waiting for somebody to pick him up ...is it ANY SURPRISE / cops will NOT BE prosecuted except in the very rarest of circumstances ..DA's are either scared of their own cops or in bed iwith them ....this is a little different than the Kelly Thomas case...doesn't appear to be malicious, just tragically negligent in failure to determine the actual circumstances of the situation..it was an inebriated (drunk) man playing with a hose nozzle, not even aware the police were watching him...maybe playing "John Wayne" in the mirror..and nobody bothered to talk first...their motto apparently was "shoot first, ask questions later" ..bizarre ..see http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2011/11/long-beach-officers-cleared-in-water-nozzle-fatal-shooting-case.html. . , by the way, this was in Belmont Shores, a very nice area of longbeach, not in the ghetto..even LESS reason to suspect that a man is going crazy with a gun..
