...as davis is heading to the deatch chamber tonight...all appeals exhausted, the question remains if he is actually innocent ...with all the media attention I took the time to look up a few more details of this case....some contend that a guy named sylvester coles actually did the deed but that coles pointed the finger at davis & it stuck ..the problem is that there were these "witnesses" at the original trial who testified (now they say "falsely testified") that they saw davis commit the crime . ... why would they falsely testify ? police coercion ? apathy? friends of sylvester ? don't know..
