...roger used to play ALL THE TIME at the crystal cathedral..haven't seen him there recently & I was in the library today & noticed his face on the cover of "Senior Living" & a little story about him & a new challenge: pancreatic cancer . So pray for roger.. I noticed the article talks about sometimes the challenging times also being the most spiritual & meaningful times.. reminds me of a phrase I coined (as far as I know..haven't heard it from anybody else) based on my own tough times with my golden retriever, Lola, who passed away in '97 ...neare the end of our fourteen years together I was thinking to myself "These have been great times, but also tough times...& she has been by my side the whole way..." and not long after she was gone I was thinking I started thinking "The worst of times were the best of times." Sure we had some tough times together bu I would do it all over again if I could have her back..that little golden was a spark of life ...truly I believe sent by God for me..anyways, here's to Roger Williams..hope u pull thru Roger & hope to see u at the crystal cathedral again some day..speaking of tough times..the cathedral is having their own,,as u may know..
