...the parking meters on Brand represent a greedy side of glendale, ca...first..u have to pay as early as 7am ..and they are already enforcing them at that time..also, it includes saturdays. & sundays ...I'm walking in to starbucks on saturday at 9am..and I see the meter reader writing tickets....PLUS..unlike most meters in most cities..if a person pays extra and leaves early..even if there is time remaining on a meter there is NO WAY for u to know it..(unless that person tells u)..so u can't FREELOAD off of Anybody..which should be allowed..the time is paid for..but glendale wants to MAKE MORE MONEY off of us..these are the little things that bring good cities down ..the little sleazy things they do for what amounts to a few extra pennies..some pocket change..a steak dinner,,an extra beer after work..somebody in the municipal is doing SLEIGHT OF HAND to make some pocket change for the city..jerking us around..FIGHT BACK..write a letter..make a phone call, YES U TOO..u homeowners of glendale..don't let your city take advantage of people..
