my car failed the biennial smog test...fred (the technician) recommended a new catalytic converter (my car actually has two cats) and an O2 sensor ..but B.A.R. Has a program to provide financial assistance ...so I'm going to wait and see if they will help...but it may be on hold because of the state budget..so its tentative
