...while this may help temporarily, there is a problem within the infrastructure of dodger employees in general that may "enable" the "gangsta" atmosphere..namely "reverse racism"..that targets Anglos rather than those who are the troublemakers...I myself (a "whiteboy" in the eyes of Latino security at dodger stadium) have experienced extra "frisking" upon entry at dodger games despite being clean cut, no tattoos, no bags, etc..they do this to subtly harrass you as a white person..especially if they perceive you as not wealthy...I myself prefer, at times to sit in the upper deck and they would give me "poor white boy" treatment upon entry, or treat me like a "poser" (as if I'm pretending to be something that I'm not...what am I pretending to be I do not know..apparently "they" think that if you have money you won't be in the upper deck and if you don't have money you don't deserve any respect..or you're lucky if they decide to respect you..its a strange un-American mentality that other true Americans don't understand, including those with money,...these people are very class conscious even though they, themselves, are very poor, or maybe because they are very poor..this attitude pervades dodger employee atmosphere..even at the entrance..where almost all-Latino security mans the booth..if u drive up they will immediately.sum u up as "white boy" (since I drive an old car)..and give u "poor white boy" treatment..and consider themselves to be "dodger blue" with a higher sense of entitlement than frank mccourt himself..this empowers ALL the local latinos, both good & bad, and makes dodger stadium the "turf" of local latinos (once I asked the latino security guard if I could park and walk up to check about tickets..when supercross was there..and he said."You can't park on OUR property...but u can park outside.."..so u see they have a strong sense of entitlement..this guy speaking to me as if I was "white trash"..(that's their socio-economic way of looking at people which real Americans, rich & poor do NOT do)...for dodger stadium to ever TRULY CHANGE without making it a virtual prison..with guards watching constantly..the change has to be made from within...I spent two years actively attending dodger games and the Latinos will still treat me like "Oklahoma Joe" with extra frisking to "diss" me (disrespect me)...esp if I go to upper deck or outfield...they don't have a universal ethic of respect for others..its very discriminatory...its anti-white ..I don't think McCourt has the wherewithal to do anything about it, even if he could..its the same thing inside the LAUSD ..combined with localism..Its entrenched, its toxic,..but the ones who can change it won't sense it or feel it b/c these same people who mistreat people like me change their face when around the "boss" and around the "money people"..their sophisticatedly two-faced, and some of them probably know who did this to Brian Stow ..it was not an inside job, but the insiders set the tone and create the milieu for allowing it to happen..the Anglos who work at Dodger stadium have their hands tied...they are barely empowered..the African-Americans...are also often victims of Latino racism.. its a Latino thing at dodger stadium..and it was Latinos who beat up Stow..skinhead Latinos...(the liberal media always likes to highlight problems of "white supremacy", but the biggest victim of hate crime in the USA is young white male)
