(april 10-23, 2011) says that "The officials [of the state dept, which is led by Hillary] purposely misled Latin American delegations into believing the Holy See had changed its position on a sexual orientation declaration that called for "sexual orientation & gender identity" to be new categories of non-discrimination in international law" at a united nations gathering . the church newspaper goes on to say that, in fact, "The Holy See ...opposed the declaration."
