...seems crazy that they could be on administrative keave for a year or so & get full pay, & then be fired without having to reimburse the city at least partially some of that pay...since they were found guilty of wrongdoing...it was about an off-duty police officer involved in a hit & run..and the responding officer didn't report it because he knew it was another officer..
