at 2/5/11 CHINESE NEW YEAR PARADE, CHINATOWN, L.A. ...the string of firecrackers went on & on & on....& on & on...& on...u can hear it in this 30 second clip, but it was going before & after this for at least 5 minutes on each side..very spectacular altho I thought the cops were going to do something rash about...the people next to it plugged their ears...everybody else seemed to adjust after a few moments..& just when u thought it was almost over , it surged again...& again..firecrackers are a BIG part of chinese new year tradition ..its fun ! the san fran chinese new year parade at night in the dark really emphasized firecrackers & lighted dragons...
