its the nicest time of the year to be in pasadena...cops & government employees are on their best behavior..altho the motorcycle cops still act like ninjas ..just saw one...its the pasadena philosophy that you have to act tough to keep "the people" in line ...you never what tourists might do if we don't make a show of force , right ? just chill out coppers ..we're all here to enjoy ourselves peacefully & moderately..we don't need babysitters ..
