...Here in pasadena..the nature of the beast is to keep increasing bureacracy, use of force & arms & badges...pasadena bandfest used to be a relatively unknown and lightly attended pre-parade celebration of music ..now pasadena police & the security people have decided they better keep a careful eye on the people ..u never know what we might do ..or is it simply an excuse to get paid while listening to some great bands under the pretense of guarding the people (sorry, "protecting us", right ?). ..
